Respond to initial questions about your country and verification documents.

Upload an image of your ID document and a real-time selfie.
Post-verification, you will be redirected back to your UniteSync dashboard.
After Verification, Your dashboard will display a ‘Pending’ status following Verification, which typically resolves within 3 to 20 minutes. Refresh the page for updates.
Interpreting ‘Pending’ and ‘Failed’ Statuses
‘Pending’ means the final response from Persona is awaited.
‘Failed’ indicates issues with document or selfie verification. Refer to ‘Failed Verifications’ for further action.
Future Verification Requirements Once successfully verified, you should not need to repeat the process unless requested by UniteSync.
