At UniteSync, every work you register moves through a series of statuses that reflect where it is in the registration and collection process. Here's what each one means and what, if anything, you need to do.
Editable Your work is missing information or needs corrections. You can update the metadata directly to complete the submission.
Suggested These works have been pre-registered from your Spotify catalog. Review them and confirm the details are accurate before taking any further action.
Pending Your work has been submitted and all rightsholder information has been verified. It is now awaiting review by a UniteSync team member before being delivered to the publishing network. No action is required — this typically takes 48 to 72 hours.
Processing Your work has passed review and is queued for delivery to collecting societies. No action is required. This typically takes 48 to 72 hours.
On Hold Your work has been paused due to an unresolved issue, such as incomplete metadata or a conflicting claim. Contact support to find out what is needed to move forward.
Rejected Your work could not be registered, most commonly because another publisher already represents it. Contact support for details. In some cases, corrections or additional documentation can resolve the issue.
Delivering Your work is being delivered to the publishing network and is undergoing external verification. No action is required. You will be notified once delivery is confirmed.
Collecting Your work has been successfully registered and is actively generating royalties. You can track your earnings from your dashboard.
